The Bullard Builders team performed a major facelift to this beautiful old home just off Glebe Road in Arlington, VA.  After removing the old siding and realizing there were gaps in the sheathing and insulation behind it, the team was able to dramatically improve the energy efficiency and curb appeal of this one hundred year old home.  The plan also called for the finishing out of the third floor into two new rooms, plus complete renovations to two full baths on the second floor.  Thanks to the planning and focus of our team, this project was completed in record time and provided a major improvement to the value of this home, not to mention the neighborhood as a whole.
